Music and Rituals I have always grown up around music and one of the main reasons music is such a big part of my life to this day is because of the way I grew up and who I was around. I was fortunate enough to grow up in a loving household, where I would attend church every Sunday morning. As I got older and older I grew to love gospel music and the choir and eventually I told my grandma I wanted to be apart of it, My grandmother obviously obliged, so every Sunday after that I was in the choir, I remember we would rehearse every Wednesday for the next Sunday and I can recall one of my favorite songs that I still have on my playlist today.
